Catalan Dancing - Almost Not Like Dancing At All

When visiting Barcelona wandering through the old gothic quarters there suddenly where all these people holding hands and bobbing up and down.

It looked completly pointless. Is it some kind of cult, a non exhausting work out pass or the latest Spike Jonze video? No it turned out the Catalans have been doing this for ages and it's their traditional "dance" - Sardana. See for yourself.
